How to Get Started
If covered by Medicare/Medical:
- Contact Medicare. Check with your plan provider to see if your care is covered.
- Call us. After confirming your coverage, call us to schedule care based on your HHC plan.
If covered by VA Health Care
Request Extra Hand. After receiving your HHC, speak with your social worker/case manager or a VA coordinator and request he/she set up your care with us.
If covered by private insurance

- Call us. After confirming your coverage, call us to schedule care based on your HHC plan.
If Paying Out of Pocket
