Extra Hand is a family and veteran-owned business providing in-home care to residents living in the Inland Empire. Our experience caring for loved ones remotely from a long distance motivated us to start Extra Hand. Since 2015, we have been a company people can depend on to provide the proper care to their loved ones. Our goal is to give people the peace of mind that their loved one is being cared for with the same love and compassion we give to our own family.

As a long-time home care organization (HCO), we know about the importance of custodial care in the wellness process. In our experience servicing clients using home health agencies (HHA), we learned the majority of HHA’s lack comprehensive customer service. HHA’s have restricted visitation time, which does not allow the proper insight into the client’s day-to-day health. We approach Home Health differently. While other agencies rely on a third-party HCO, we will be able to provide this service in house, allowing us to spend significantly more time with your loved one after discharge. Our job is to be a direct extension of the providing physician. We will make sure we do our part in the overall care by providing skilled care with continuity and consistency.
